By accessing or using the Hometails platform (website hometails.in and mobile application), booking any service, or registering an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services & Booking Scope

Hometails provides professional at-home pet care services, including but not limited to grooming, pet training, dog walking, and wellness care.

• Bookings are confirmed only upon successful processing of appointment details and payment confirmation.
• You agree to provide accurate service address, contact details, and pet health/behavioral details prior to the service.
• Service professionals reserves the right to decline or halt a service if a pet displays extreme unmanaged aggression posing immediate physical harm.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure your pet has up-to-date mandatory vaccinations prior to booking at-home grooming or walking services.
• Provide safe, adequate space and water access for the professional to conduct the service.
• Disclose any known medical conditions, allergies, or past behavioral triggers of your pet.

4. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

• Pricing: All service and package prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment Modes: Online payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways. Cash on delivery / pay after service options may be available for eligible services.
• Rescheduling & Cancellation: You can reschedule or cancel a booking through your dashboard. Cancellations made within the allowable window are eligible for full or partial refund as per package policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

Hometails takes every reasonable precaution to ensure certified, gentle, and safe handling of all pets. However, Hometails shall not be held liable for pre-existing medical conditions, unforeseen sudden health episodes, or undisclosed behavioral issues.
